Spirit & Opportunity is one of my passion is. The both twin are the eyes and our ears about what will happens  for the next generation regarding on the resultant, whereby,vital things that human can learn about. No more secret, no more questionnaire, no more doubt and many more we can expose.

Spirit was launched on June 10, 2003 at 1:58 PM EST (Pad 17-A) and landed on Mars on January 3, 2004. 
Opportunity was launched on July 7, 2003 at 11:18 PM EST (Pad 17-B) and landed on Mars on January 24, 2004.
Both were launched from the Delta II rocket which was also responsible for launching all Mars related missions: Mars Global Surveyor in 1996, Mars Pathfinder in 1996, Mars Climate Orbiter in 1998, Mars Polar Lander in 1999, Mars Odyssey in 2001, and Mars Phoenix in 2007.
The tall object on the probe is the "pan-cam" and is designed to be the height of an "average" human so the proper perspective can be achieved. Additionally, the wing like structure is the solar panels, used to recharge the batteries. While the mission was only expected to last a few months, both probes are still operating until it turn to stuck in sand silt where it put the both probes lonely for the long period on vast land something in Mars since 2010.

The purpose of the rovers are to examine closely the chemical makeup of the rocks and soil. Special instruments on the rovers include spectrometers and a rock cutting tools. While the data is still being collected and analyzed, the results are wonderful - water is exist at some point on the Martians

The Spirit rover carries a memorial plaque dedicated to the crew of the Space Shuttle Columbia - the loss of the Space Shuttle on February 2, 1003.

This female was photographed a long time ago at the OTS Finca La Selva Biological Station near Puerto Viejo de Sarapiqui in Costa Rica. Nabi Muhammad adalah NABI Akhir zaman yang telah menceritakan segalanya peristiwa sehingga hari kiamat. Nabi Muhammad s.a.w hanya tidak dapat menyatakan bilakah tarikh Hari Kiamat. Maka tak perlu difikirkan.

Kelahiran Bayi Bermata Satu
Berita tentang bayi bermata satu yang dilahir di Israel beberapa tahun lalu menjadi gempar. Ramai yang membuat ramalan, inilah dajal yang dijanjikan Allah lewat hadis-hadis Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.. Kemunculan dajal di akhir zaman memang sentiasa ditunggu-tunggu. Dan memang kita pun sekarang ini telah berada di satu episod akhir zaman. Tanda-tanda kecil kiamat sudah kita lihat hampir keseluruhannya, setiap hari. Hanya menanti tanda-tanda besar saja yang belum berlaku. Antaranya dajal.

Dajal… popularnya manusia yang memiliki nama itu. Ada berbagai-bagai versi cerita tentangnya yang menimbulkan bermacam-macam persepsi. Tapi kebanyakan orang Islam di Malaysia dan Nusantara amnya beranggapan dajal adalah makhluk bermata satu melintang. Ada juga yang mengatakan bahawa dia separuh manusia dan separuh jin kerana ibunya berasal dari keturunan jin dan ayahnya daripada bangsa Yahudi.

Sebagaimana yang telah disebutkan di awal-awal tadi, dajal adalah manusia dan sememangnya dia adalah manusia biasa. Dia bukan keturunan jin, gergasi, dewa atau apa saja yang selain manusia. Banyak persoalan yang timbul tentang dajal menjadi salah faham. Antaranya : Siapa dajal ? Di mana tempat tinggalnya ? Siapa keturunannya ? Bila dia dilahirkan ? Bagaimana rupa fizikalnya ? Bila dia akan muncul ? Dan bagaimana untuk mengelakkannya ?

Memang benar dajal tidak ada disebut di dalam al-Quran tetapi ia banyak disebut di dalam hadis nabi. Malah banyak hadis nabi yang salih menceritakan tentang dajal, yang menyebutnya sebagai salah satu tanda besar kiamat. Masalahnya banyak juga hadis yang palsu tentang dajal, ia menimbulkan salah faham masyarakat tentangnya.

Menurut pensyarah Jabatan Pengajian al-Quran dan al-Sunah, Fakulti Pengajian Islam, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Fadlan Mohd. Othman, banyak hadis yang salih menceritakan perihal dajal yang lengkap termasuk untuk mengelakkan fitnah dajal. Katanya berdasarkan dari hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Ahmad,"Sesungguhnya dajal adalah lelaki yang pendek, badan gempal, matanya rosak (mengecut). Kalau kamu masih ragu-ragu tentang Tuhan kamu. Sesungguhnya Tuhan kamu tidak rosak matanya. Dari situ sudah jelas bahawa dajal adalah manusia biasa yang diberikan Allah kekuasaan luar biasa. Setiap nabi yang diutus akan memberi peringatan berkenaan dajal yang matanya rosak dan pembohong. Tambahnya lagi, dajal adalah manusia yang ada keistimewaan, telah hidup sejak zaman Nabi Muhammad. Dia digelar al-Masihi ad-dajal kerana matanya yang rosak dan kebolehan luar biasanya menghidupkan orang mati. "Tertulis di dahinya perkataan, 'Kaf-Fa-Ra' (kafir). Tulisan itu boleh dibaca oleh semua orang Islam sama ada dia pandai membaca atau tidak. Asalkan orang itu mengucap syahadat maka tulisan itu boleh dibaca. "Yang pastinya dajal adalah manusia yang ditangguhkan ajalnya oleh Allah, sehingga suatu masa dengan keizinan Allah dia akan muncul semula untuk menguji keimanan manusia," jelas Fadlan. Terdapat lagi hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Huzaifah di dalam sahih Muslim bermaksud, "Dajal ialah orang yang buta mata sebelah kirinya, lebat rambutnya serta mempunyai syurga dan neraka. Nerakanya itu merupakan syurga dan syurganya pula adalah neraka."



Keistimewaan Dajjal
Allah memberikan dajal banyak keistimewaan untuk menguji keimanan manusia ketika akhir zaman nanti. Semua itu telah dijelaskan di dalam hadis sahih. Di antara keistimewaannya selain boleh menghidupkan orang mati, dajal juga ada beberapa keistimewaan. Antaranya :

Pertama, ada bersamaan syurga dan neraka. Dajal akan menggunakan kedua-duanya untuk menguji keimanan orang Islam. Apa yang dajal berikan sebagai syurga sebenarnya adalah neraka. Dan apa yang diperlihatkan sebagai neraka sebenarnya adalah syurga.

Kedua, dajal akan pergi ke daerah yang kemarau, kebuluran dan hasil dagangan tidak menjadi. Dajal akan menurunkan hujan di daerah itu jika penduduknya mengaku beriman kepadanya. Maka daerah itu akan kembali subur dan hasil dagangan melimpah ruah. Manakala bagi daerah yang penduduknya tidak mahu mengaku dajal sebagai tuhan, akan berada di dalam kebuluran dan kesusahan.

Ada sebuah hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Ibnu Majah bermaksud, "Para sahabat bertanya : Ya Rasulullah, apa yang dimakan oleh orang Islam yang beriman pada hari itu nanti ?"
Rasulullah menjawab, "Mereka akan menjadi kenyang dengan tahlil, takbir, tasbih dan bertaubat. Zikir-zikir itu yang akan menjadi makanan mereka."

Ketiga, boleh menjelajahi seluruh pelosok bumi ini di dalam masa 40 hari dan kepantasan yang luar biasa. Sebuah hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Muslim menjelaskan, "Kami bertanya : Wahai Rasulullah, bagaimana kepantasan perjalanannya di muka bumi ini ? " Nabi menjawab : "Kepantasan perjalanannya adalah seperti Al-Ghaist (hujan atau awan) yang dipukul angin kencang." Hanya dua tempat saja yang tidak boleh dimasuki oleh dajal iaitu Mekah dan Madinah.

Menurut Fadlan, Nabi mengingatkan orang yang beriman supaya menghindarkan diri dari berjumpa dengan dajal. Malah nabi bersabda, hanya seorang lelaki dari Madinah yang dapat berdepan dengan dajal. Lelaki itu akan mengatakan bahawa kamu adalah dajal lalu lelaki itu dibunuh oleh dajal. Kemudian dajal menghidupkan semula lelaki itu. Lalu dajal berkata tidakkah kamu percaya kepada aku. Lelaki itu menjawab, "Tidak, melainkan bertambah keimananku kepada Allah." Kemudian dajal cuba membunuh lelaki itu tetapi telah diselamatkan oleh Allah.

Bila Dajjal Dilahirkan ?
Menurut Fadlan, dajal telah ada di muka bumi ini sejak zaman nabi lagi. Ia telah dipenjarakan di sebuah pulau seperti mana yang disebutkan di dalam hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Fatimah Qais, Nabi menceritakan tentang Tamin ad-Dari yang beragama Kristian tetapi telah memeluk Islam. Tamin pernah bercerita padaku tentang satu perkara yang pernah aku ceritakan kepada kalian mengenai Al-Masihi Ad-Dajal.

Tamin telah berlayar bersama 30 orang anak kapalnya. Tiba-tiba kapalnya dipukul rebut dan mereka terdampar di sebuah pulau. Di pulau itu ada seekor binatang yang lebat bulunya hingga tidak dapat dikenal yang mana ekor dan kepalanya. Binatang itu yang dinamakan al-Jassasah (si pencari berita). Di situlah bermulanya dialog antara Tamim dan al-Jassasah.


Al-Jassasah : Wahai manusia pergilah kamu berjumpa dengan lelaki itu.

Lalu Tamim dan kumpulannya masuk ke dalam hutan dan berjumpa dengan manusia yang dimaksudkan. Lelaki itu mempunyai saiz badan yang besar daripada manusia biasa, dirantai dengan rantai yang cukup kuat, tangannya diikat ke leher, di antara lutut dan buku lalinya dirantai dengan besi.

Tamim : Siapakah kamu ?

Dajal : Kamu akan tahu siapa aku nanti. Tapi siapa kamu ?

Tamim pun jelaskan siapa dia sebenarnya dan kisah kapalnya yang dipukul badai lalu terdampar di pulau itu.

Tamim : Kami adalah orang Arab, kami sesat.

Dajal : Beritahu aku tentang kebun-kebun kurma di Bysan. Adakah ia sedang berbuah ?

Tamim : Ya.

Dajal : sekejap lagi kebun itu tidak akan berbuah lagi. Beritahu aku tentang tasik Tabariah, adakah masih banyak airnya ?

Tamim : Airnya banyak lagi.

Dajal : Tidak lama lagi airnya akan berkurangan dan kering. Beritahu aku tentang mata air Zughar. Adakah masih banyak airnya dan digunakan oleh penduduk untuk bertani.

Tamim : Banyak dan masih digunakan oleh penduduk.

Dajal : Tidak lama lagi air itu akan kering. Ceritakan padaku tentang nabi Arab yang buta huruf. Sudahkah dia keluar dari Mekah dan menetap di Madinah. Adakah orang Arab sudah memeranginya dan kemudian mentaatinya ?

Tamim : Dia sudah keluar dari Mekah dan menuju Madinah. Orang Arab telah mentaatinya.

Dajal : Betulkah itu ? Sesungguhnya mentaatinya adalah lebih baik. Aku akan mengatakan pada kamu tentang diri aku. Aku adalah Al-Masihi Ad-Dajal. Sesungguhnya masanya sudah semakin hampir aku akan diizinkan untuk keluar. Aku akan berjalan di muka bumi dan masuk ke seluruh daerah di dalam tempoh 40 hari kecuali Mekah dan Madinah. Kedua-dua negeri itu dilarang bagiku, setiap kali aku ingin memasukinya aku akan diadang oleh malaikat yang di tangannya ada pedang berkilau dan tajam menghambatku.

Tempat Persembunyian Dajjal
Di manakah kedudukan pulau itu pun dijawab oleh Nabi Muhammad menerusi sabdanya, : "Ketahuilah bahawa dajal berada di laut Syam dan laut Yemen… akan datang dari arah Timur (lalu baginda menunjukkan tangannya sebelah Timur)" - Riwayat Muslim.

Kemudian ada satu lagi hadis yang menunjukkan dengan tepat dari mana dajal keluar yang kemudian disertai oleh pengikutnya terdiri dari orang perempuan dan kanak-kanak. Daripada Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. bersabda, "Dajal akan muncul ke bumi dari arah Timur bersama Khurasan." - Riwayat al-Tarmizi.

Di dalam hadis yang lain pula daripada Anas bin Malik, bersabda Rasulullah s.a.w. : "Dajal akan keluar dari kota Yahudi, Khurasan bersama 70,000 Yahudi dari Isfahan." - Riwayat Imam Ahmad.

Menurut Fadlan, ketika keluarnya dajal, ramai perempuan dan kanak-kanak akan menjadi pengikutnya. Sehinggakan orang lelaki terpaksa bertindak mengikat ahli keluarga perempuan mereka supaya tidak menjadi pengikut dajal.

Menerusi penyelidikan juga, didapati bahawa air tasik Tabaria yang terletak di sempadan Syria-Palestin dan mata air Zughar si Selatan Syria sudah semakin berkurangan.

Cara Mengelakkan Fitnah Dajjal
Jelas Fadlan, Rasulullah telah memberikan beberapa tip kepada umatnya untuk mengelakkan fitnah dajal. Perkara pertama perlu dilakukan adalah menghafal 10 ayat pertama surah al-Kahfi.

Kedua kita diarahkan oleh Rasulullah supaya membaca doa ini sebelum salam setiap kali solat, "Ya Allah, aku berlinding dengan-Mu dari azab neraka jahanam, azab kubur, ujian hidup dan mati dan kedahsyatan ujian al-Masihi ad-dajal."

Katanya, dajal akan menjelajah seluruh dunia dan akan berakhir di Baitulmaqadis dan dibunuh oleh Nabi Isa. Seperti mana yang disebut di dalam sahih Muslim, "Dajal akan dibunuh oleh Nabi Isa, selepas Nabi Isa dan umat Islam bersolat di belakang al-Imam Mahdi, mereka berhadapan dengan dajal dan tenteranya. Bila dajal lihat Nabi Isa, dajal akan mula cair. Akan tetapi Nabi Isa dapat membunuhnya dengan menikamnya."

CHAPTER-1

INTRODUCTION
INTRA is the abbreviation of Industrial Training which is compulsory period of training for all semester 7 students  who already passed all subjects in 7 previous semesters. Industrial training (INTRA) is a training done in a real working environment with a specific task and permission assigned to the student by a company that to be accomplished during the period given. It is also one of the assessments to achieve the scroll. The industrial Training will be assessed on these aspects:
§ Company Supervisor Evaluation
§ Logbook
§ Report
§ Presentation
      Industrial training is a formal practical, which is conducted in a company that provides an industrial environment to the student. The practical works should be related to the course attained by student and approved by the Head of  Faculty. A student also should be given a constant supervision by an appointed supervisor (tutor) from the company.
      Industrial Training or otherwise known as INTRA is a compulsory semester that must be done by each and every student in order to complete their courses. Training can be done at any place or factory as long as it consists of the theory and practical technical skills.
     The period of the training must be completed in 3 and half months guided by a lecturer that acts as a University Supervisor thought out the training time.
To fulfill of this demand, the Industrial Training was completed throughout 16 weeks from 5th July to 29th October 2010.
      Thought out the training students are given work based on their current studies and supervised by a supervisor selected among the lecturers. At the same time students are also provided with Industrial Training Student Handbook & Logbook to take note on what they have been doing though out the training. The supervisor from University will make two times visit to the trainee’s place during the training to evaluate the trainee and hear any report or comment from the company supervisor. All problems, possibilities and works during the training should be report to both supervisors. It is compulsory to each trainee to complete their 16 weeks of training.
      This Industrial Training (INTRA) is one of the requirements for all University final semester students of respective course. The main objective of this INTRA is to give students vast exposure to a real industrial environment. Industrial training also leads the trainee to develop an independence, responsibility and creativity in a real working situation.

Trainee should be able to accomplish certain objectives:
    • To apply the theoretically and practical knowledge gained from course taken in University 
    • To expose and practice the competency in a real working environment, this is different from the studying environment
    • To apply the skills that they have gained throughout their academic years
    • To be apart of the professional team in order to measure the human resource importance
    • To give student opportunity to show and practice their skill and from that they get chance to attract the company to hire them after finish diploma
    • To improve and gain more knowledge and skills
    • To enhance their knowledge and abilities at the companies that they attached to
    • To let student apply all theory learnt during the training
    • To built self confidence
    • To gain the capacity of solving variety of the problem and linking the theory with real situation in the company
 The Industrial Training had been completed in the CNN System (M) Sdn. Bhd (292173-W) which in located at Ara Damansara (head quarters office), and trainee attachment is in Sepang International Circuit as a technical. There, trainee job’s scopes are more to provide in overall electronic equipments system maintenance such as, track CCTV system, timing and info tower system, public address system, MATV (master antenna television system) network system and race control management system. 
During this period the trainee was under Mr. Adam bin Mohd Salim, Project Manager and Mr. Amirudin Shukri bin Hussien, Supervisor.
This training also improve student communications skills when involve with a higher or lower level staff, and to build up trainee responsibility to the task given and exposes student more to create skills and gained a lot of experience followed by it job scopes.
Beside that, there are some subjects that can be applied during this industrial training such as job’s culture, communication, project management, maintenance field, arrange international event which in provide an electronics system, punctual or on time, and attitude.

Description electronic equipment system maintenance services in Sepang International Circuit;
  • TRACK CCTV SYSTEM.
Track CCTV system in Sepang Internasional Circuit is commonly use a fiber optic cable that directly proportional it will involve transmit (VDS2240 TX), receiver (VBS RX 2040), converter (VFM3000), and combiner (HFC 8 I /P TO 1 O/P) equipment. All thus are compulsory if associate with optical wave guide component system (OWG). This CCTV camera can be controlled at race control by using DATA PTZ CONTROLLER with pan, tilt and zoom (ptz) selection.
Receive video signal from CCTV pole that transmit by VDS2200 TX.
 This equipment will convert video signal into RF signal that can read by conventional television.
This device is function to minimize output flow into a single output when it input is more than one.
The VDS 2200 series offers a range of well as dual multimode versions and also even inside outdoor camera housings. Low-cost fiber optic video-data as a dual single-mode system. The VDS receivers are designed to be transceivers. Built-in automatic gain its bidirectional data interface makes the slotted into MC 11 power supply control (AGC) allows for plug and play VDS compatible with all types of cabinets. Stand-alone VDS models are to installation and maintenance-free cameras. (TTL, Current loop, be powered by PSA 12 DC adapters. For operation. Manchester, Bi-phase, etc) extreme environmental conditions a PSU The VDS transmitters come in stand- The very compact VDS 2200 transmitter 12 DC is recommended.   • MARSHALL TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM.
This system is compulsory add in any circuit to make sure all the rider or driver will be inform if any incident happen through  the signal of light. If light red is generating, it mean circuit is close and when yellow light turn on, all rider or driver must be aware in term of safety precaution. When green light turns on, it means circuit is in normal condition. In Sepang International Circuit, all the Marshall traffic light are link together, which mean, there are eight  PLC (MITSUBISHI/MELSEC) where it located at each SE include at a Technic Room.  
This PLC is link using a fiber optic cable and it will be converting using a HIRSHMANN converter. This entire PLC is generated by OMRON power supply. For the controller, it directly command from Race Control

  • INFO TOWER SYSTEM.
This system is used to shows result to spectators and clock as well. Also use fiber optic cable as a data transmits. The data is key-in at the time keeping room using its own software.
For an introduction, Sepang International Circuit has three info towers that located at Roof Top Perdana, Support Paddock and Mall area. Each of them is directly control at Time Keeping Room using a single mode fiber optic and as a data transmitted. The data that sent from Time Keeping Room will be convert to signal that will be read by PCB board appropriately ±3Vdc. For the hub to this system, Technic Room will collect all the data (fiber optic) and send of all three info tower.

  • PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM (PA).
In Sepang International Circuit, there have a lot of speaker that followed by it type which in, pole speaker and grandstand speaker.
            It starts from 12 channel mixer at speaker room that is use by commentator to speech and          make an announcement.
From there, a two core signal cable is directly to Technic Room and connects on it TOA ZONE
SELECTION
 TOA's VM-2240 management amplifier has been designed for paging and BGM, where zone selection is required. The VM-2240 features Power: 240W / 100V line output, 3 x Microphone/ Line inputs, 2 x BGM inputs and 1 x Telephone paging input, 5 x zone selection, programmable hierarchy of priorities available, 6 x built in chimes and output level control. In addition the VM-2240 is expandable to 40 zones utilizing 8 amplifiers. Applications for the VM-2240 include clubs, hotels, factories and retail outlets. An optional surveillance board (SV-200M), optional remote microphone (RM-200M) and an optional voice announcement board (EV-200) are also available.
From TOA VM-2240, sound signal will increase at SQ45 Amplifier.  The SQ45 range of public addresses ‘high performance audio power amplifiers’ has been designed to fulfill most professional public address requirements. To make sure it will be enough carry signals to the long distance. For the   Grandstand K, F, G hill and D hill, audio signal is transmit by OT SYSTEM (fiber optic converter).

  • OWG (OPTICAL WAVE GUIDE) COMPONENT SYSTEM (SPECIAL EXCHANGE-SE).
For example, in Sepang International circuit itself, there have 27 CCTV along it track and two or more are located at any turn. The distance from race control (monitoring) to CCTV is about 500 meters to 5 kilometers and this fact shown, it must use special equipment or device to carry out the data and the video signal with smooth handling without much data looses.
In the beginning, coaxial cables are widely used to carry signal data in any distance, but, there are many looses occurred. For the solution, fiber optic cables are efficiency in all aspect inclusive time to install, pinch or save space in term of diameter measurement, and the most important is, less data loss compare using a coaxial cable.
The principal of an optical fiber is a thin, flexible, transparent fiber that acts as a waveguide, or "light pipe", to transmit light between the two ends of the fiber. The field of applied science and engineering concerned with the design and application of optical fibers is known as fiber optics. Optical fibers are widely used in fiber-optic communications, which permits transmission over longer distances and at higher bandwidths (data rates) than other forms of communication. Fibers are used instead of metal wires because signals travel along them with less loss and are also
Immune to electromagnetic interference. Fibers are also used for illumination, and are wrapped in bundles so they can be used to carry images, thus allowing viewing in tight spaces. Specially designed fibers are used for a variety of other applications.
Fibers which support many propagation paths or transverse modes are called multi-mode fibers (MMF), while those which can only support a single mode are called single-mode fibers (SMF). Multi-mode fibers generally have a larger core diameter, and are used for short-distance communication links and for applications where high power must be transmitted. Single-mode fibers are used for most communication link longer than 1,050 meters (3,440ft)
The material of Glass optical fibers are almost always made from silica, but some other materials, such as fluorozirconatefluoroaluminate, and chalcogenide glasses as well as crystalline materials like sapphire, are used for longer-wavelength infrared or other specialized applications. Plastic optical fibers (POF) are commonly step-index multi-mode fibers with a core diameter of 0.5 millimeters or larger. POF typically have higher attenuation coefficients than glass fibers, 1 dB/m or higher, and this high attenuation limits the range of POF-based systems

  • MATV (MASTER ANTENNA TELEVISION SYSTEM) NETWORK SYSTEM.
MATV network system is a one of the important system that gets at Sepang International Circuit. The ability of this system is to bring broadcast signal from outsider into a SIC and convert the entire video signal to RF signal. Almost all the equipment that interconnected in MATV system is use equipment from Fracaro. Among them, Fracaro MBJ3631 antenna amplifier, Fracaro Agile Channel Processor,  Fracaro Headline Audio Video Modulator and Fracaro Spiltter and Tap. 
This MATV network system is beginning from roof top Perdana Suites, where it located two antennas which in, VHF ANTENNA BLV6F and UHF ANTENNA BLU420F. From this antenna, RF signal is carry by RG-6 BELDEN 9116S cable and through a lighting arrestor to avoid from surge.  The two of antenna will be combining in FRACARO MBJ3631 Antenna Amplifier and produce one output.
This combine signal (RF) is directly connected to lighting arrestor at Technic Room (SE Central) and to FRACARO AGILE CHANNEL PROCESSOR.          
This frequency agile channel processor capable of converting any VHF, UHF, or CATV input signal to any standard output channel between 54 through 550 MHz. Input and output frequency, including output frequency offset, are easily set with front panel push wheel switches. After all, the entire process channel will distribute to others area by using an amplifier and splitter. All the schematic diagram is inclusive in appendix given.

  • UNINTERRUPTABLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS)
An uninterruptible power supply, also uninterruptible power source, UPS or battery/flywheel backup is an electrical apparatus that provides emergency power to a load when the input power source, typically the utility mains, fails. A UPS differs from an auxiliary or emergency power system or standby generator in that it will provide instantaneous or near-instantaneous protection from input power interruptions by means of one or more attached batteries and associated electronic circuitry for low power users, and or by means of diesel generators and flywheels for high power users. The on-battery runtime of most uninterruptible power sources is relatively short—5–15 minutes being typical for smaller units—but sufficient to allow time to bring an auxiliary power source on line, or to properly shut down the protected equipment.                  
While not limited to protecting any particular type of equipment, a UPS is typically used to protect computers, data centers, telecommunication equipment or other electrical equipment where an unexpected power disruption could cause injuries, fatalities, serious business disruption and/or data loss.

JOB’S SCOPE;

  • Check and verify power supply unit 63Vac functionality for self power trunk amplifier unit.
  • Check and verify functionality of headend amp 1, headend 2, paddock club amp, pit wall amp, pit building amp, medical centre, commentator booth mall area amp by measuring its output RF signal so that is maintained at 70-80 dbuV.
  • Check and verify RF signal availability at pit building are which inclusive of media centre area, paddock club 1 to 4, media area, pit area, pit wall, VVIP perdana suites area, race officials  offices, race control room, time keeping room, speaker room, hospitality area, winners podium area, medical centre complex, marcee area, team common room, support paddock south track, welcome centre complex, corporate suite and commentator booth.
  • Check and verify functionality of UHF and VHF terrestrial antenna unit.
  • Check and verify UHF and VHF antenna alignment.
  • Check and verify all local transmitted tv signal strength.
  • Check and verify functionality of each agile modulator input and visual inspect the desired channel at tv screen.
 RF outlet end and tap-off – all area.
  • Check and verify RF signal for availability at all TV’s end by inspecting that all tv channel which are broadcasted from SE Central is achievable at all tv’s screen. Measured signal at tv input much be around 70 to 80 dbuV.
  • Check and inspect all LCD TV functionality at all area i.e: channel searching selector and audio volume adjustable.
  • Check and verify the condition of all TV distribution taps for its loose cabling and terminations.
6.      OPTICAL WAVE GUIDE (OWG) COMPONENTS AND FIBER CABLE NETWORK

- At this current  moment the INFOTower Display for all three sides are faulty. Communication from the Time Keeping System is unavailable.

TRAINEE ON DUTY;
v  Re-installation old PHILIPS CCTV track (cam 8) to substitute a new SAMSUNG CCTV for a temporary time and trainee was duties to compare the two CCTV and take an observation about it result.
After all, trainee fined that, a new SAMSUNG CCTV was more clearly, and more precise when zoom in and zoom out. Beside that, this cam came with build in lens compare with PHILIPS CCTV that separately purchase.
   v  Doing a troubleshoot on info tower perdana suite regarding their connector on receiver card   and line no 4 from above is faulty or error to function as usual. This task is commonly a high importance task because it will be used on Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race (MME).
For the beginning, trainee check all the connection on its master card and the result is positive, all the connection is proper tight. After that, trainee tries to change all the connection to other port and side three info tower perdana still in malfunction.
For the second step of our task, trainee rectify where it input data incoming and after all, trainee get that UTP cable from fiber optic data converter is wrong connection with the receiver PCB board by using a Multimeter. After trainee and his group were fix it/occur a troubleshoot, info tower act as normal.
On this task, trainee was realize that, when do a troubleshoot, all aspect must to be consider and can’t miss a certain-certain part and follow a right way to prevent a bad things.

v  After trainee and his group do a routine check, they find that no audio output is being transmitted to G Hill and directly proportional unable to achieved audio sound at G Hill. At the moment, trainee goes to SE03 (audio system is directly transmitted by using a fiber optic cable from Technic Room to this SE to control sound system at G Hill area only) to make sure all the SQ45 Amplifier was turn to on. Trainee gets that all the SQ45 is on.
For a while, trainee makes a further checking on the SQ45 Amplifiers. Audio source from a walkman is inserted to the main line of the Amplifiers. Audio sound is available. Amplifiers are in working condition.
Further checking to the Audio converter (OS SYSTEM) which transmits the audio signal from Technic Room. Visual inspection to the Audio converter and found that the converter is faulty with burn marks on its internal circuitry It is confirmed that the converter is faulty
A new replacement is required in order to have audio facilities to G Hill area and a Transmitter and Receiver unit in pair is required for the above exercises.
The converter need to be service and repair at its authorized repair centre or new replacement needed. Purchase order (PO) for the replacement will follow later.



CHAPTER-IV

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION


CONCLUSIONS

The Industrial Training provided very good exposure and knowledge to the students and also to enhance the communication and problem solving skills to the students. Furthermore the students also learned to be adapted to the working environment. From the industrial training at CNN SYSTEM (M) SDN. BHD, the trainee found that:

  • Exposure to the real working environment makes me a more responsible person and had a chance to improve my communication skills and self-confidence.
  • Enhance problem solving skills which can be used in future in the real working life especially to counter the problems.
  • In the new job’s enviroment, trainee find that, it is important to responsible in all that task given and take care of attitute to make sure it will produce a good first prespective to trainee. 

After four months it can be said the industrial training was successful and achieved their objectives. Here, the knowledge that trainee get did not come only from books, but skills and experience from the people around. For the whole training period, it is a useful experience and knowledge to trainee to be adapt now and in near future. The study environment and working life is much different where by in working environment the workers should communicate more to others in order to solve the problem.

RECOMMENDATION
During involved in preventive maintenance at Sepang International Circuit, trainee gets that bureaucracy system is hinder to us for doing a task. Many scope’s job are stuck cause by this system and a priority or high status job cannot to be progress and waiting for a month to fix it up.
This situation must to prevent or dodge to make sure all the system in good condition and increase duration of life upon the system.
The bureaucracy that trainee mean is, hard to get a certain-certain spare parts that use to fix a malfunction system and wait until two month for the approval.

This CCTV SECURITY SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM is unnecessary to fix it problem because scarcity spares part. For this system, trainee gets that it data converter is faulty and it controller PCB board is burn out. Purchase order for the replacement was done about one month later but still not responds from the MIS department. Before that trainee was spoke adverse a high status task, and this Security Surveillance System is one of it. This fact was occurred in specific condition in term of security means.
From all of this, trainee is recommend to bring into existence one department that only have control of matters interconnected on mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment for it through hospitality.
